Well, Momma cut a deal. We accepted a contract on our home of 18 years. The Buyer's mortgage has been approved. Once we "close" we will be headed for Fannin County...Oh, so much to do between now and moving... Yikes ~ what have we done...!

Congrats! I'm not even going to lay the whole "how can you leave us" routine. As someone who has spent most of her adult life being the one doin' the leaving, I cannot be throwing stones. :)
Now you can go from the no-man's-land of waiting to the land of finally moving forward. I never liked the no-man's-land part.
